One dead after two vehicles struck pedestrian on Columbus' Far East Side, police say
One person is dead following a hit-and-run collision where two vehicles struck a pedestrian and left the scene, Columbus police say. The unidentified adult was crossing East Broad Street near Richmond Woods Drive at 12:59 a.m. outside of a marked crosswalk, according to a police report. An unknown westbound vehicle on East Broad Street struck the pedestrian, knocking them into a center turn lane.
