The major cities of DFW metroplex like Dallas, Plano and Murphy are very densely populated and are quickly getting saturated with so many houses built across the cities and so many people moving to these cities. The traffic is getting pretty overwhelming and the cost of living and housing is sky rocketing. Plano and Murphy schools and the commute continue to be the most attractive factors for families to choose living in those cities.
The problem is people don't really know that there are cities right next to these high traffic areas that have great communties, great commute options, equally good ISDs and have so many new builders building housing communities.
Sachse, a suburb right on the intersection of Murphy, Garland and Wylie areas, just a little East of Plano, is a perfect place for families to dwell and grow. Sachse is divided to fall under two counties- one half falls in Dallas County and the rest in Collin county.

Sachse feels like a mix of rural and urban living. Most homes are owned by residents and you will not see many apartment buildings. Many residents have been living in this small suburb for generations. Most of the Sachse that falls under Collin County has the urban life. Many communities are newly built and there are several new communities under construction. Sachse is a city of families and peaceful living. According to the city of Sachse, Sachse has a very diverse population of slightly over 25,000.

Sachse’s proximity to North Dallas, downtown Dallas and Las Colinas, some of the biggest business centers of the metroplex, makes living in Sachse more desirable for young professionals. The everyday commute is more convenient to and from these areas. This is also the reason for growing real estate prices and property appreciation of this suburb. The prices, however, are very competitive and lower than the Plano and Murphy real estate, making it even more desirable to live with a family.

Those in Dallas County fall under Garland ISD and those in Collin county fall under Wylie ISD. The school ratings of Wylie ISD are equally good as Plano ISD and the schools are really great. The newer communities of Sachse, majorly house in Wylie ISD. Sachse has many great preschools and Montessoris as well.

America's biggest builders like DR Horton, Grand Homes, Pulte homes, Megatel homes, etc. are building new houses in Sachse, with such beautiful open floor plans and the new communities also come with some amazing amenities.
Sachse is only a few minutes away from one of the big malls of the city, Firewheel mall, Garland and has all the major grocery stores in and around the Sachse area. Sachse has many good hospitals, clinics and animal hospitals.
The crime rate is pretty low in the area and the community overall feels very warm. Sachse is a good city to call home, especially if you have kids. Sachse enjoys the luxury of being so closely connected to all the neighboring cities.
Sachse, much of a sister city to Wylie, is a few minutes away from historic Wylie downtown which is a great entertainment place for adults as well as kids. Wylie downtown has many kids activities planned. Sachse has their own beautiful fireworks shows, several indoor and outdoor dining options and some beautiful parks to enjoy.

And if this was not enough to make Sachse, one of the best suburbs to live in, there is a huge project under development called, ‘The Station’. According to the Dallas Morning News, it is a $250 million mixed use project including homes, apartments and retail and commercial spread over 119- acre.
