Fatty Ribeye Steak Made Me A Strong Man

I mean by "strong man" is an optimal version of myself that I was seeking decades. Having fun and maintaining health is a desirable life experience. Let me explain.

Eating a medium-rare ribeye steak after 24 hours fast is a remarkable experience.

Ribeye steak is already a tasty meal, but when I have physical hunger after long hours of fasting, it gets an extra taste. It is delicious and satisfying.

Chewing these soft and fatty meat pieces is very easy. It melts in the mouth, leaving a distinct taste.

Supplementing with semi-frozen gelatine made up of bone broth makes it a perfect meal for me.

My friends and family members are asking, aren't you bored with eating meat every day?

My answer is never. I experience no dull moments in the carnivore diet. I haven't come across anyone in my circles who is allergic to steak yet.

How could I be bored with a diet to satisfy my appetite, support my digestive system, increase my physical performance, and enhance my mental focus?

Since I take adequate bio-available protein and well-balanced animal fat, my body never craves for carbs that used to ruin my life.

Animal fat is not only delicious but gives me the energy I need in abundance. The good thing, it does not spike my insulin and does increase blood glucose.

Since blood glucose is regulated by gluconeogenesis, my bloodstream's glucose level is steady from my healthy protein intake. It stays almost the same optimal amount.

Some people were telling me I would die with low blood sugar. It was a bit of concern for me in the adaptation days, but when I checked it several times with my blood monitor, I was convinced that my body has an excellent regulatory system. With zero-carbs, it is producing the optimal blood sugar for my needs.

The energy I get from animal fat keeps me active. I don't feel hunger. My body burns the fat I eat, and my fat cells never grow in carnivore lifestyle.

The best thing is that my blood markers are making my physician happy. He still does not believe in my carnivore lifestyle, but he kindly says: "Whatever suits your needs, keep doing what you are doing. You are on the right track".

Since 70% of my energy comes from animal fat (mainly saturated), I can easily be in ketosis. My brain loves ketones. As soon as my body started ketones and used it as a primary energy source, my brain fog disappeared.

I used to feel emotional about things and get easily irritated. When I am in ketosis, I keep things and situation in right perspectives. I believe ketosis is an excellent energy source for the brain. Body of knowledge also confirms that. No wonder ketogenic diet was used as a treatment for epilepsy for many years.

How did the carnivore lifestyle make me a strong person?

The primary contribution is by providing bio-available protein in the right amount and digestible fat for energy. Fatty stakes balanced with minerals, vitamins, and glycine from organ meats made an excellent supplement to my carnivory lifestyle.

As soon as I got fat-adapted and consume sufficient amounts of bioavailable protein from animal sources, my recovery from an intense workout session dramatically improved. When I was not eating enough meat and fat recovery was taking long. I was suffering from the soreness for ages. My motivation for exercise was diminishing day by day.

Nowadays, my workouts are more frequent and intenser.

As the body is getting bioavailable essential nutrients consistently, it performs at the optimal state.

I feel that the carnivore lifestyle is a perfect match to my genetic makeup.
