Green Mill stuffs their fresh, giant pretzels with gooey Ellsworth cheese curds, pepperoni and Italian spices for a cheesy, meaty twist.

Topped with more pepperoni, herbs and parmesan, it’s served with a side of their signature pizza sauce for dipping.

Crunchy Balboa (The Herbivorous Butcher)

The iconic fictional boxer goes vegan in this plant-based Crunchy Balboa sandwich filled with “roast beef,” “bacon” and cheesy sauce.

Peppers, onions and a hash brown patty add crunch. It comes with Follow Your Heart vegan sour cream.

Fruity Cereal Milk Biscuit (Betty & Earl’s)

Buttery Betty & Earl’s biscuits get a fun new flavor twist inspired by cereal milk. They’re made with fruity cereal milk then topped with cereal bits and icing flavored with fruity cereal. Its breakfast meets dessert.

“Kind of a Big Dill” Pickle Lemonade (Nordic Waffles)

This State Fair exclusive non-alcoholic lemonade is a collaboration between Nordic Waffles and Urban Growler Brewing Co.
