Family still seeking donations to help with unexpected expenses as the search efforts for 24 year old woman continue

2022-05-25

Felicia Johnson's family remains in Houston looking for the 24-year-old woman who went missing from Cover Girls Night Club in Northwest Houston. With the support of community leaders, Felicia Johnson's father Kevin Johnson requested rental forgiveness from the apartment complex where he resides in San Diego California. It was denied and as unexpected expenses continue to pile up, so does the family's need for financial assistance.

Houston, TX- More than a month has passed since the California woman vanished while visiting Houston.

Felicia's father Kevin Johnson made a public plea outside City Hall with Andy Kahan from Crime Stoppers Houston.

"My plea today is to the city of Houston and all of it's government entities, would hear my heart and my plea and to not hold back any information or efforts that could help bring Felicia home," he said.

“We know somebody out there knows something,” said Andy Kahan, director of victim services and advocacy at Crime Stoppers of Houston. “You don’t just disappear without someone noticing something. We know where her cellphone was found, what happened when she left the club, and how she got into a car. We have all that, we just need someone to step up to the plate and do the right thing and contact Crime Stoppers. We are not going to allow young women to disappear without the answers.”

Felicia Johnson has a big butterfly and two flowers tattooed on her right shoulder. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing.

Law enforcement has not released any new information. Crime Stoppers of Houston is still offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Consider donating to the family's GoFundMe page to assist them financially during this difficult time.

Anyone with information about this case is urged to contact the Houston Police Department at (832) 394-1840, Texas EquuSearch at 281-309-9500, or CrimeStoppers at 713-222-8477.
